Work with us

Start a project

Project work starts in our client portal: a custom platform, an AI feature, or a desktop app. We can also roll out TimerOS, our own platform for time and payroll, across your team. We read every request, and answer it ourselves.

How it works

Four steps to a reply

Projects start in our client portal rather than in an inbox. You can check where a request stands at any time, without asking us.

01

Register

Create your portal account: company, your name, an email and a password. Confirm your email with one click, and you’re in.

02

You land straight in your workspace. Projects, requests and invoices sit in one place, every time you come back.

03

Request your project

Describe what you need, set priority and dates, attach briefs or specs, and send it in. The more you share, the better we reply.

04

Hear back

You get an answer in the same thread, usually within a day, from the person who would do the work.

Inside the portal

What you can do once you are in

This is our client portal, drawn as it works. Request a project, follow it as we build it, raise an issue, message us, settle an invoice — all in one place, without an email thread to dig through.

Click anything in it. Every name and figure is made up.

Everything at a glanceOpen projects, invoices waiting to be paid, and anything that needs an answer from you — on one screen.

Open the client portal

Registering is free and takes a minute. You only ever see your own company’s data.

What helps us reply well
  • The problem behind the request, and how you handle it today
  • Who it is for, and roughly how many of them
  • Any deadline, budget, or constraint we should design around
